Namaste,
Mijn naam is Ingrid van der Velden. Mijn grootste interesse is altijd in het welzijn geweest om liefdevol de ziel, lichaam en geest te verbinden, dmv Yoga en Pilates, kan dat met bewuste ademhaling en bewegen.
In mijn jeugd was ballet erg belangrijk. Het in beweging zijn met mijn lichaam met gevoel, gaf mij altijd innerlijke rust.
In 2000 verleidt door de eerste intro-Yoga weekend cursus was de routine van 4 x in de week naar les gaan, heel fijn.
Uiteindelijk na de opleiding is er een nieuwe Docente bij in 2004; maar zal altijd een student blijven.
Pilates heb is later opgepakt en vind het heel fijn om op een andere manier het lichaam te voelen.
Dankbaar dat je mijn lessen gaat volgen en mij jullie laat begeleiden met deze vorm van bewegen.

What makes me who I am today:
Ingrid van der Velden was born and raised in The Netherlands, by Dutch parents and some Indonesian influences by her mother. Globetrotting at the age of 19, Ingrid started her yoga practice and studies in 2000, in Santa Barbara, California, USA. Here she completed her 200 hour teacher training module at The Santa Barbara Yoga Centre with the “Big-Dogs”.
– Continuation of Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition @ Ayurdaay Nilayam, Ingrid went through several Panchakarma’s to cleanse/detox her body and mind for spiritual advancement.
– Volunteer work with Mother Meera ,traveling in The Netherlands .
– Vedic Astrology beginners course.
– Weekend course on Cranial Sacra therapies .
– Vipasana with Sarah Powers and Ty Powers, Italy
– Yin Yang Workshop 30hr. With Sarah Powers in Amsterdam
– Chair Yoga TTC in Amersfoort,NL.

* Graduate of The Academy of Ayurvedic Studies, Amsterdam. Ingrid consults in Ayurvedic nutrition.
* Clinical studies and practice with Ayurvedic herbs with Dr Shrehari Purushothaman (BAMS) in India, Kerala.
* Yoga classes with Erich Schifmann and more inspirational teachers at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center in CA.
* Ingrid practices many forms of Healing Arts, taught by teachers in Singapore where she lived for 10 years, including Qi Kung, Tai chi.
* Studies in Chinese acupressure massage and Chinese Herbal Medicine with Dr. T.T. ANG of Singapore.
* Star-life Institute of Energy and Dynamics, Reiki, Karuna-Reiki, Magnified Healing and Metaphysical Healing.
* Ingrid is an Ordained Minister and received the Kalachakra Initiation from His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Sidney Australia.
* Licensed Esthetician, graduated in Paris in 1982 . Prepratory Dans academie 1980. Rotterdam The Netherlands

Ingrid is a student and teacher of a Yoga lifestyle and in 2013 she started her new studies in Cranial Sacral Therapy under supervision of ‘The School of Therapeutic Bodywork’.
Ingrid is also a student of the Mystery-School, she started in Singapore in 1995 and is continuing her studies under supervision of her teacher in the USA.
My inspiration is to practise Non Duality and to be of service to all living beings.
